Gordon D Loux, Founder & President
Gordon founded the company in April 1994, to ensure
that donors had a voice in the marketplace. He is internationally
known for his impact on volunteer programs and developing
effective and financially secure organizations. Since
1994, he has been able to help donors from moderate
means to the billionaire level assess their philanthropic
vision and make their unique vision become a reality.
He assisted Chuck Colson in the founding of Prison Fellowship
in 1976 and served as President from 1984-1988 and as
President of Prison Fellowship International from 1979-1987.
He also served as President of International Students,
Inc. from 1988-1993. He also holds a Master of Science
in Management from the National College of Education.
For over three decades, Gordon has gained extensive
operational experience focusing primarily on the establishment
and funding of effective programs at multiple organizations
- while ensuring the accomplishment of donor's intentions.
Gordon also serves on numerous boards of nonprofit organizations
throughout the country, providing his expertise in management
and strategic leadership. Gordon has authored two books
Uncommon Courage and You Can Be A Point of Light and
has contributed to several other publications.

Jonathan D Loux, Chief Operating Officer
Jonathan joined the company in October 1994 to provide
his knowledge and experience in nonprofit management,
financial and organizational development. He is responsible
for managing the overall strategic direction consultation
for both individuals and foundations and is responsible
for overseeing and researching the philanthropic needs
of the donor and helping maximize their impact. Prior
to joining the company, Jonathan used his knowledge
as a CPA in various capacities with Select Beverages,
one of the largest bottlers and distributors of soft-drink
beverages; as well as with Capin, Crouse & Company,
a national accounting firm specializing in nonprofit
consultations. He received a Bachelor of Science in
Accounting from Eastern College where he also serves
on the Board of Trustees.

Bob Lanting, Sr. Advisor
Bob recently retired as Vice President, Global Learning
and Development for Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, after a
37-year career with the company. For over 30 years he
has been responsible for training and equipping the
both the Pfizer employees, and numerous individuals
involved in civic organizations, to reach their highest
potential. In 1997 Bob's training responsibilities grew
to incorporate the training functions for its overseas
operations, New York headquarters personnel, and first
line management at the corporate level, an audience
of over 40,000 employees. His expertise has made a difference
in the lives of individuals and groups who have come
to understand how to maximize the many components of
their daily lives. Bob graduated from Hope College in
Holland, Michigan with dual majors in biology and chemistry
and serves on the board of the Porter Henry, Inc. and the CMR Institute of Roanoke,
VA.

Dick Schultz, Sr. Advisor
Dick brings a wealth of philanthropic and organizational
experience, expertise and passion to the company. He
is nationally known as a nonprofit statesman and leader.
During the past decade, he brought strong executive
leadership to the two leading sports organizations in
the country. From 1995-1999, he served as Executive
Director of the United States Olympic Committee where
he strategically led the organization through some of
its most challenging times. Prior to joining the USOC,
he led the NCAA as Executive Director from 1987-1994.
Dick has been instrumental in raising over $1 billion
for various nonprofit organizations during his lifetime
and truly understands how to help donors discover their
passions and accomplish their philanthropic intentions.
He is a highly sought after speaker and is respected
for his financial and management acumen. Dick is presently
Chairman of MAI Sports, a sports marketing organization
in Kansas City as well as participates with several other nonprofit
organizations around the country. Dick is a graduate
of Central College in Pella, Iowa.

David Baker, Sr. Consultant
David has spent his adult life serving the financial
needs of his clients. As the founder of an award winning
multi-million dollar agency he is in great demand as
a speaker within the insurance industry. He has also
earned the coveted Certified Insurance Counsellor designation.
Because of his own personal experiences, David understands
the unique challenges that face business owners and
their families and how to effectively address the many
complex issues that affect the relationship of work,
family and community involvement. In addition he is
the author of A Journey of Souls and the soon
to be released, The List and The Illuminator.
As an active citizen he has served his community as
an elected official and has served on numerous nonprofit
boards. He is a graduate of Ursinus College of Pennsylvania.

Carolyn Banker Cresswell, Sr. Consultant
Carolyn has been a consultant with the company since
1999 and brings a wealth of personal and business experience
to women and families dealing with money and personal
legacy issues. The granddaughter of B.A. Banker, founder
of Coldwell Banker, she is well acquainted with the
complexities of personal prosperity and generational
legacies. Believing that she was blessed to be a blessing,
in 1973 Carolyn invested her personal assets to help
found Jubilee Housing, a faith-based home for low-income
residents of the Adams Morgan neighborhood in Washington,
D.C. Carolyn also served as an assistant to U.S. Senator
Mark O. Hatfield, as a staff member of the Urban Reinvestment
Task Force, and as both an assistant to the director
and consultant for the National Neighborhood Reinvestment
Corporation. Currently Carolyn is the Executive Director
of Hope & Home, a child placement agency which she
and her husband George founded in 1998 to serve children
that the foster care system has labeled "too difficult"
to be adoptable. Carolyn received a Bachelor of Arts
from the University of California, Berkeley and has
served on numerous boards of nonprofit organizations.

Craig Hammon, Sr. Consultant
Craig has spent the over 20 years helping individual
donors, foundations and corporate contribution departments
discover how to make an impact with their philanthropy.
He is a highly sought after consultant in the area of
philanthropic program development and currently serves
on the board of the Westwood Endowment and the XBE Foundation,
as well providing ongoing services to the Rushing Wind
Foundation. He has also served on numerous nonprofit
boards providing his expertise in this area. He is a
graduate of Wheaton College and earned a Master's Degree
from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary and a Masters
in Counseling Psychology from Boston College. Craig currently
serves as Executive Vice President for CURE International in
Harrisburg, PA.
